User specific agents

Dear ngrinder developers 

I added some support for user specific agents.

It means... that user can have his own agent sets connected to ngrinder.

If admin approve those agents, these agents are only assinged to the user.

So.. if the agent.max.count = 5 in system.conf and the user provides his own 5 agents, he can use 10 agent at maximum.

If he is testing with only 5 agents, his own 5 agents are used for the test.. 

It gives a real flexibility.

How to set up??

1. User download agent

2. User open ./ngrinder-agent/agent.conf file and modify region field into owned_{userId}

3. Run the agent.

4. Admin the approve the agent.

Please be aware of it.

"2. User open ./ngrinder-agent/agent.conf file and modify region field into owned_{userId}"  means "agent.region=owned_{userId}" . If we configure "agent.region=owned_user1",  it goes to user1.
