Request for Build and Eclipse Setting guides.

Dear ngrinder developers.

We proudly released nGrinder 3.0 Official version yesterday.

However To make it effective open source project, We should run further.

Following two documents are empty now.

• How to build nGrinder from the scratch using maven
• How to setup nGrinder Project in Eclipse

As I asked this morning.. Matt. Could fill them up please?

We need common theme when writing Cubrid Wiki. 

Cubrid Wiki WYSIWIG is easy to write but hard to maintain because it creates ugly HTML.

Please refer http://www.cubrid.org/wiki_ngrinder/entry/how-to-use-windows-livewriter-in-ngrinder-wiki very carefully. 

And please write this document following http://www.cubrid.org/wiki_ngrinder/entry/how-to-create-dynamic-queries-in-springdata.

What I really concern is.. has uniformed style of code (syntax highlighted) and image. (500px width with border 1)

Do not use re-sized image as well..  It's ugly and not easy to see.
