Move download site to sourceforge

Dear nGrinder developers.

 

You already know about this... We moved download site to sourceforge.net from github.

According to https://github.com/blog/1302-goodbye-uploads, github do not provide the download feature anymore. 

 

I've checked several options but SourceForge is only accessible way from China and Global.

 

I've added Mavlarn as a admin of our sourceforge project. Please use SourceForge for final package distribution.
