I see max:0 agents!

Hi,
I have installed ngrinder in windows XP acording to the instruction guide and also the instructions at  this topic:
 http://ngrinder.642.n7.nabble.com/Script-error-in-performance-test-td90.html,


But i see Max:0 agents at the page http://MyHostName:8080/perftest/quickStart,
Now i am confusing about this...

I had not seen the 12th step of agent installation guide before...
