Can not monitor the target host

after i run the run_monitor.sh and run_agent.sh
i can see Agent Information in my Agent management
after input the ip address inthe target host
i can't see the Information in the  target host.

I can see CPU and memory rates while test is running, however, when it finished, there is no graph.
